Description[]
The Overlord is a sturdy and very slow basic flying unit, primary source of Zerg Control. (Hatcheries also provide 2 each). Overlords detect cloacked and burrowed units.
Overlords are used for scouting in the early game, especially the starting one, since by proper positioning (over high-ground) they can avoid being attacked by the opponent starting units. Can also be used for spotting in the later stages.
Can be upgraded to increase speed and sight range with Pneumatic Carapace and to transport units with Ventral Sacs.
Once Hive is finished they can spawn a small amount of creep while being stationary
