The Dark Archon is a lategame protoss spellcaster. Can cast Feedback. Can be upgraded to use Maelstrom and Mind Control.
Dark Archon's spells have pretty niche uses: Feedback and Mind Control are primarily useful against powerful single enemy targets, while Mealstrom is effective against groups of enemy Biological units.
Dark Archons, like Archons, are quite fast and are similarly vulnerable to Science Vessels' EMP. Dark Archons have marginally more Life than Archons but much less shields.
